Members: if you still want to sell Zippy's chili I know there will be unsold tickets being turned in.  Let me know if you still want to sell and I will give you your order when unsold tickets are returned.

QUICK UPDATES:

Steak dinner ticket sales to begin February 21, 2010 ($15 per ticket - player profit approximately $10.00 of the $15.00)

Entertainment: "Waimalu" Uncle Derek Grace --Dani and Destyni's dad's Hawaiian Group.

To defray costs and to keep profits up, we will be asking for donations of drinks, raffle prizes, supplies, baked goods for the bake sale--- STAY TUNED FOR DONATION WISH LIST and donation sign up. 

Raffle tickets coming back again. 

Does anyone have storage space near the YBA to store our donations of water, soda, juice and other items. Space should be enclosed, covered and safe from thefts!! : ) and nearby. Area should be about 10' X 10'.

If your team is traveling to the JVA / AAUs in June (Orlando Florida), the travel dates are as followed:  (Please confirm with your coach as this schedule and tournament may not be the tournament your coach has decided on.)

1. ALL ACCEPTED PLAYERS MUST REGISTER ONLINE TO PARTICIPATE IN CLUB VOLLEYBALL. Please email Coach Debbie if you are having problems. Check "handouts" for instructions (MEMBERSHIPS ARE PAID BY OVC -- INCLUDED IN YOUR CLUB DUES.)

2. ALL NEW PLAYERS TO OVC (not a member last year) SHALL SUBMIT A COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE

3. ALL MEMBERS SHALL SUBMIT THEIR COMPLETED MEDICAL FORM TO COACH DEBBIE -- Current form can now be found under "Handouts" or this form is downloaded during the online registration process.

5. PRACTICE SCHEDULES WILL BE SENT VIA YOUR COACHES.
