CHOICE OF CLUB:  If you chose "UNDECIDED" when you first registered but now Oahu VC is your chosen club, Please log back into your webpoint account and go to "My Information" on the left and you are allowed to change your record from "UNDECIDED" to Oahu VC.   If you could, please complete this by Nov 11.

NEXT UP---- all due by NOVEMBER 11, 2009

1. PARENT / PLAYER / COACHES MANDATORY MEETING Wednesday November 11, 2009 6:00pm at Hongwanji Mission School Gym. (site may change check this website for updates)

2. ALL ACCEPTED PLAYERS MUST REGISTER ONLINE TO PARTICIPATE IN CLUB VOLLEYBALL BY NOVEMBER 11, 2009.  (See "Handouts" for USAV registration for instructions) (MEMBERSHIPS ARE PAID BY OVC -- INCLUDED IN YOUR CLUB DUES.)

3. ALL NEW PLAYERS TO OVC (not a member last year) SHALL BRING A COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE TO THE MEETING.

4. ALL MEMBERS SHALL BRING THEIR COMPLETED MEDICAL FORM TO THE MEETING ON NOVEMBER 11, 2009.  (This form is downloaded during the online registration process)

5. PRACTICE SCHEDULES WILL BE SENT VIA YOUR COACHES.
