The link below is where coaches are directed to go to fill out their travel papers for any tournaments outside of SD. Just put your team, coach and tournament information and copy off the travel paper notification which will automatically be sent to the SD Soccer office also. You will not get a signed copy back but instead will take this official printed form to the tournaments with you.  If you submit the paperwork less than 14 days before the tournament, you will need to submit the $10 late travel fee to the SD Soccer Office immediately for the request to be valid.
