Mandatory Manager’s Meeting /Affidavit Review: This meeting will be the night of the first games, curently scheduled for July 16th, at 7:00 at the field. Please bring your complete affidavit to this meeting. Affidavits will be needed by 4:45pm from the 2 teams playing in the 5:30 game that day.

Driving Directions: To facilitate travel, it is suggested that each Manager “Google” travel directions. We have tested “Google” and the driving directions are exact. The field is the second field on the right as you go into the complex. Look for “Neary” field. Directions Link on Website: www.stonypointll.org

RULES

1. Little League Tournament Rules shall govern.

2. Pre-game rules are as follows: Teams to be at field at least 45 minutes prior to game time. The coin toss is prior to each game. Winner has choice of home/away OR dugout. Loser has remaining choice.

Place the bats and helmets and catchers gear in front of dugout to facilitate examination by Umpiring Crew. Remember, no aftermarket stickers or paint are allowed on the helmets unless placed by the manufacturer, or with specific written consent by the manufacturer.

Visiting Team will take field warm-ups from 35 minutes prior to game time until 25 minutes prior to game time. Home team will take field warm-ups from 25 minutes prior to game time until 15 minutes prior to game time.

Affidavits are to be presented to Tournament/Game Director no later than 30 Minutes before game time. At the conclusion of the Visiting Team warm-ups, Managers will meet with the Umpires. Line-ups must be presented at Umpire Meeting and will be considered as “official.”

If any team member is injured or absent, this must be reflected on the line-up. After the Umpire meeting, line-ups will be announced and the National Anthem will be played. With respect to line-up changes, the Manager/Coach will request time and report each change to the Official Scorer, the Head Umpire, AND the other Team. Pitching changes will also be reported to the Tournament/Game director. The pitch count will be announced after each ½ inning.
