Thanks for the coaches clinic. I attended the softball portion, and I thought it was great. The few minutes we spent with Al were interesting, and the publications he had available are really helpful. Thanks again.

In the past I have given the Journal News info of good play by the losing team and they have not included it in the paper. I guess they don't have enough room for every thing.

I've been coaching All Stars for years. You can't assume that the winning manager did not credit any players from the losing team, just because the Journal News did not print it. In my experience there have been times when the Journal News printed the infomation that I gave them word for word, and other times they print the score and one player.

Apparently some Little Leagues in the district don't think they need to follow the all-star instructions of mentioning a good play by the losing team when they call in the results to the newspaper.

Good luck Pearl River and Haverstraw.

I love the music and the two gentlemen on the front page. They are my favorite. As always, I have enjoyed going through your site. Lu
