2009 EXPLOSION LEHIGH VALLEY LEAGUE SOFTBALL REGISTRATION
Registration for the 2009 Explosion Lehigh Valley League spring teams is here. We are looking for girls at 10,12,14,16-U to compete against teams from around the Lehigh Valley. Teams will practice this winter in our heated indoor batting cages (optional). Games start early to mid May depending on the age, and run until Mid June to July. Two games a week are played, one home and one away. Games are played Monday to Thursday only, no weekends. Registration dates are November 5,9,12,16 in the Council Room from 7-8 Pm. Registration fee is $135 per player which includes NYAA Membership fee. For more information contact Jim Koehler at nyaapa@aol.com 484-256-5697 . 2009 NYAA LEHIGH VALLEY LEAGUE BASEBALL TEAMS
The NYAA is searching for boys interested in playing for it's Lehigh Valley League Baseball Teams for 2009 at 10-U, 12-U, 14-U. These Teams will compete against teams from around the Lehigh Valley such as Northampton, Parkland, Northwestern, Emmaus, Fulerton just to mention a few. This League runs May to July with 2 to 3 games per week. The games are officiated by paid umpires. The rules and distances are different than Little League at 12-U and 14-U. The NYAA will hold Northwest Little League baseball and softball registration on the following dates :
January : 24th NYAA Council Room 10-1 PM
28th NYAA Council Room 6-8 PM
31st NYAA Council Room 10-1 PM
February : 4th NYAA Council Room 6-8 PM
Registration fee is $40 per player
$50 per family NYAA Membership fee
plus fundraising or buy out
