THE FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE will be on Saturday, July 19th at 9:00 a.m. All players MUST have a Sports Physical Clearance before they can step foot onto the practice field (NO EXCEPTIONS). Please use OUR form - no other form will be accepted. To print out the Sports Physical Clearance form, please "click" on this link. You can take this form to your own doctor to obtain the Sports Physical. The physical must have been performed no earlier than 60 days prior to the first day of practice, July 19th 2008. The fee is $15.00 cash only.
