IMPORTANT:
THERE IS A NEW NISD MIDDLE SCHOOL OPENING IN AUGUST 2010. IT IS JOHN M TIDWELL MIDDLE SCHOOL. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS FROM THE NISD WEBSITE.

The boundary changes will be effective with the start of the 2010-2011 school year and will impact students currently zoned for Medlin Middle School,Gene Pike Middle School (Northlake area), and Chisholm Trail Middle School (north Fort Worth area).

Tidwell Middle School is located at Haslet-Roanoke and Ridgetop roads in Fort Worth and will relieve student enrollment growth at Medlin Middle School. The attendance zone for the new campus includes the following subdivisions: Chadwick Farms, Seventeen Lakes, Lost Creek, Vista Green, McPherson Ranch, Saratoga, Valley Ridge, The Villages of Woodland Springs, Tehama Ridge, Reatta Ranch, Presidio, and Harmon Ranch.

Under the new attendance boundaries, students who live in the Northlake area currently zoned to Pike Middle School will now attend Medlin Middle School. In addition, students living east of Highway 287 in the O.A. Peterson Elementary School attendance zone will attend the new Tidwell Middle School instead of Chisholm Trail.

FOR ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, PLEASE GO TO THE NISD WEBSITE OR CONTACT NORTHWEST ISD DIRECTLY. THESE ZONING CHANGES WILL IMPACT THE FOOTBALL PLAYERS AND CHEERLEADERS OF NORTHWEST PEE WEE ASSOCIATION AND TROPHY CLUB ROANOKE ASSOCIATION.
