Team Formations

* Annual June Playing Year Tryouts
   - All Players, New And Returning, Are Required To Tryout Each Playing Year
   - Team Formations Are Based Upon Number Of Interested Players And Coaches
   - Team Formations Will Not Be Decided Until All The Playing Year Tryouts Have Been Completed
   - Team Formations Will Be Announced By The Head Coaches Once The Director Has Given Them Approval

Problem Resolution


* In The Event You Have An On Or Off The Field Issue Follow This Chain Of Command To Resolve Issue.  Contact Team Manager
   (First), Head Coach (Second) And Director (Third).  Do Not Involve Other NW Members With Your Issue.

Conduct

* Off The Field  
   NW Members Are Expected To Treat NW, Its Club Staff, Team Staff And Members With Civility And Appropriate Conduct With
   Adhering To Its Policies.  When You Tryout And Join NW By Your Registration, You Agree To Cooperate.  In The Event It Becomes
   Necessary To Release A Member From NW, No Refund Will Be Issued. 

* On The Field
   It Is The Responsibility Of Each Player, Assistant Coach, Head Coach, Team Manager And Spectator In Attendance At A Practice,
   Game Or Activity To Conduct Themselves In A Civil Manner.  Anyone Who Exhibits Behavior Tendencies Which Are Detrimental To
   The Enjoyment Of The Others In Attendance Is Subject To Suspension And/Or Release From NW.  In The Event That It Becomes
   Necessary To Release A Member From NW Because Of Noncompliance To Conduct Requirements, No Refund Will Be Issued.

Health

* Alcohol
   - It’s Prohibited In All Areas Used By Players And Their Team During Team Competitions And Club Activities To Consume
     Alcohol.  The Exception Being Off The Field Team And Club Social Activities When Done Responsibly And Location Approved
   - It’s Prohibited To Sell Alcohol During Team Competitions And Club Activities

* Illness
   - No Player Should Participate In Any On Or Off The Field NW Or Team Activity If By Participating In The Activity The Player’s
     Condition Will Be Made Worse And/Or Cause The Player’s Teammates To Become Ill
   - Players Should Refrain From Sharing The Same Drink And Food
   - Players Should Keep In Their Team Bag Hand Sanitizer And  Kleenex

* Medication
   - It’s Prohibited For Players, Team Staff And Club Staff To Use And Sell Any Illicit And Performance Enhancing Drug
   - It’s Prohibited For Team Staff And Club Staff To Provide Players With Any Medication

* Prescriptions
   - Parents Need To Make The Head Coach And Team Manager Aware Of A Prescription A Player May Need To Take In Event Parent
     Is Away From On Or Off The Field Activity

* Safety
   - Parents And Team Staff Need To Ensure Before Each Competition Players Have Met All Playing Requirements
   - Parents Need To Notify Director And Team Staff In Advance Of Each Season Of Any Player Physical And Psychological Condition
   - Parents Need To Notify Director And Team Staff In Advance Of Competition Of Any Injury
   - Parents need To Advise Director And Provide Team Staff Doctors Slip Clearing Player To Participate After A Serious Injury

* Smoking
   - It’s Prohibited In All Areas Used By Players And Their Team During Team Competitions And NW Activities To Smoke

Non-Compliance With NW & Team Polices

* NW Policies
   - A Member, Player, Assistant Coach, Head Coach, Team Manager Or Parent, Non-Complying With A NW Policy Will Be Given A
     Warning (Verbal Or Call) By Director.  Further Non-Compliance The Member Will Be Given Second Warning (Email Or Letter) By
     Director.  Failure To Comply After Second Warning Member Will Be Released From NW Without Refund.
