SPRING REGISTRATION
IS NOW OPEN!!
FOR AGES T-BALL THRU JUNIORS & SOFTBALL!!!
Registration fee: $75.00
Need to bring Birth Certificate and 3 proofs of residency to registration. This includes all current and past players,
no exceptions!
The following is a list of acceptable proof of residencies. You must present three (3) proofs at registration that have your address clearly printed on the document.

Driver’s License

Voter’s Registration

School records
-
Homeowner or tenant records
-
Utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)

Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records

Insurance documents
-
Vehicle records
-
Employment records
-
Military records
-
Note: Example – three (3) utility bills constitutes as only ONE document.

Jan 10th Registration at NWLL 10am-1pm (concession stand)
Jan 17th Registration at NWLL 10am-1pm (concession stand)
