2009 NWLL
EARLY SPRING REGISTRATION
IS NOW OPEN!!!

Registration fee: $65.00 per player for early sign up (will be $75.00 after Jan 1, 2009) 
Need to bring Birth Certificate and 3 proofs of residency to registration. This includes all current and past players, no exceptions!

The following is a list of acceptable proof of residencies.  You must present three (3) proofs at registration that have your address clearly printed on the document.

  • Driver’s License
  • Voter’s Registration
  • School records
  • Homeowner or tenant records
  • Utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)
  • Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records
  • Insurance documents
  • Vehicle records
  • Employment records
  • Military records
  • Note: Example – three (3) utility bills constitutes as only ONE document.
Mark your calendars with these important dates:
Nov.21st: Registration at NWLL Fall Party 6pm-8pm
Dec.6th  Registration at NWLL 9am-1pm (concession stand)
Dec.13th Registration at NWLL 9am-1pm (concession stand)
*Checks payable to NWLL or cash payments only, no credit cards accepted*
