Welcome to the website of the Northwest Explosion fastpitch softball organization
A member of Northwest Youth Athletic Association, Bethlehem, Pa




The Explosion Softball Program is dedicated to the young ladies of the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas for our Lehigh Valley League Teams, and Traveling Tournament Teams. Our Coaching Staff's mission, is to take talented young ladies who are eager to learn, and give them the tools necessary to compete at the High School and College levels. We instill good values and character, all while teaching life lessons they will need to succeed in their future as an adult.

                              16U BLACK WINS USSSA LAST TEAM STANDING                             

 

 The 16U Black win the Last Man Standing USSSA Tournament November 5-6 in Quakertown. Congradulations ladies and Coaches. A great way to end the season!

                             14U RED WINS X-TREME CLASSIC IN LIMRICK

The 14U Red capture their 1st Tournament Championship on October 15-16, at the X-Treme Classic in Limrick Pa. They won 6 games scoring 63 runs, while only allowing 6 runs against them. Congratulations ladies ind Coaches, the perfect way to end the season.

                        12U FINISHES 2ND AT USSSA LAST TEAM STANDING
Congratulations to the players and Staff, of the Explosion 12U team, for a job well done. This young talented team is still gelling, and a 2nd place finish is a great way to end the fall season. Way to Go Ladies!!!!!

From the South:
Take Route 378 North to the Eighth Ave North exit in Bethlehem. Take Eight Avenue North to the third light (including exit). To Eaton Ave. Make Left onto Eaton Ave. Take Eaton Ave to the 4th street on your right. (Kaywin Ave) Make a right onto Kaywin and Valley RD. Make a left onto Valley and go through the gate. 
From the East or West:
(West)Take Route 22 East to Route 378 South. (East) Take Route 22 West to Route 378 South. Get off at the first exit (Schoenersville Road). At the light at the exit, make a left, this is actually Catasauqua Rd. Go back over Route 378, past a fire station and school to the first right you can make. (Kaywin Ave). Turn right onto Kaywin and go to the second stop sign. Turn right at stop sign (Valley Rd), and go throught the gate.   
From the North: 
Take Rout 33 South to Route 22. Take Route 22 West to Route 378 South. Get off at the first exit (Schoenersville Road). At the light at the exit, make a left, this is actually Catasauqua Rd. Go back over Route 378, past a fire station and school to the first right you can make. (Kaywin Ave). Turn right onto Kaywin and go to the second stop sign. Turn right at stop sign (Valley Rd), and go throught the gate.
