  Welcome

Chelan Champions
Chelan Invite Champions (2003)!
Welcome to the Northwest Classics Fastpitch team Web site! After four fun years of 14U and 16U fastpitch softball, the team disbanded. However, the Classics have continued to field fall and winter showcase teams in order to provide players an opportunity to attend college exposure tournaments. Portions of this site will be maintained so players and fans can relive some of the Classics' highlights of seasons past. Good luck to all of the Classics' players and families!

Fall 2007 Showcase Tournament Schedule

For fall 2007 we are offering two California showcase tournaments: Lancaster Oktoberfest (Oct. 19-21) and Batbusters (Nov. 2-4), in cooperation with the Juanita Fire (www.eteamz.com/juanitafire) which has secured entry into these two tournaments. We plan to limit the roster to 12 players, and will take no more than 3 pitchers and 2 players at any other position, to ensure maximum exposure opportunity for the players who attend. We still have openings for a pitcher and corner for Lancaster. Our roster for Batbusters is pretty much set, sorry!

Our past fall showcase teams have included players from Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho and Arizona, and our players have gone on to play college softball at every level of the game, including Junior College, NAIA, Divisions I, II and III, and even one NCAA Division I National Champion! With the limited number of fall exposure tournaments due to the shorter fall recruiting window, we are excited to provide this opportunity again this fall.

Interested players should contact Coach Jeff as soon as possible, by email, 4thecycle@comcast.net.

Oktoberfest - We still have openings for a pitcher and corner for Lancaster, all other positions are filled. Players who are not yet registered for the NFCA recruiting camp should sign up ASAP! (www.nfca.org) If you are a pitcher or corner attending the camp but your team is not playing in the tournament, we can give you the opportunity to play.

Batbusters - This tournament is the biggest and best West Coast recruiting tournament of the year. As predicted, the positions have been filled. Sorry!

We provide individual assistance in the college recruiting process, including preparation of individual and team bio sheets, helping with college contacts, and on-site assistance at camps and tournament venues.

Northwest Classics Fastpitch Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Players reimburse limited tournament expenses but no one profits from this venture. It is about helping players achieve their dream of playing college softball.
