Shall supervise 2 Assistants for Tournaments (2).
Shall set up, organize and run an invitational Tournament
Shall send out invitation notices to the surrounding communities,
Shall prepare game schedules for all divisions,
Shall submit a budget of tournament expenses for Board approval,
Shall submit a financial summary to the Board.
Should be present in all-star picks hand out all information needed to coaches set a date to receive all information from players parents. Over see all all-star play.
