2008 General Rules

This is the general rules as they apply to NVBRS. Where a specific item is not addressed in these rules the NVBRS Bylaws will address, any item not specifically addressed here are addressed in the Babe Ruth Softball Rules and Regulations. Reviewed in 2010, no changes.
