Constitution and Bylaws

This is the official Constitution and bylaws of NVBRS Leagues Inc. It will be revised yearly. This also includes special playing rules for T-ball through 10u league play.

2008 General Rules

This is the general rules as they apply to NVBRS. Where a specific item is not addressed in these rules the NVBRS Bylaws will address, any item not specifically addressed here are addressed in the Babe Ruth Softball Rules and Regulations.
