Welcome to the North Valleys Babe Ruth Softball Leagues!
Our league is based in the North Valleys of the Truckee Meadows.
We play our games in Stead, NV at O'Brien Middle School, Mayors Park.
Our boundries include Sun Valley, Golden Valley, Raleigh Heights, Lemmon Valley, Stead,
Cold Springs, Red Rock, some parts of Spanish Springs, Sparks and Northwest Reno.
We have T-ball thru 16u available for girls.

The draft is as follows:
12u - 1:00-2:00 at the Raley's meeting room in Golden Valley
10u - 2:00-3:00
16u - 3:00-4:00
Friday, February 26
We will be holding skills assessment for all age groups on Saturday Feb. 27, 2010 at O'Brien Middle School in the back on the fields.
Coaches for 10u, 12u, and 16u must be at the field between 8:00am and 8:30am.
Girls for 10u assessment should check in at 8:30am, get numbered and warm up. Skills assessment starts at 9:00am.
Girls for 12u assessment should check in prior to 10:30am, get numbered and warm up. Skills assessment begins as close to 11:00am as possible.
Girls for 16u assessment should check in prior to 12:30pm, get numbered and warm up. Skills assessment starts as close to 1:00pm as possible.
Bring plenty of water, layer with warm clothes. Bring cleats and tennis shoes and your glove. We plan on doing most of the assessments on the asphault basketball court and tennis shoes would work best.
Coaches should bring a clip board if you have one, and a pen just in case. Draft will be on Sunday Feb. 28, 2010 at Raley's in the events center.
Girls will be called within 48 hrs. following the draft to be informed of what team they are on, and when their team meetings are.

Saturday, January 23
If you have not registered to play in the 2010 Spring season the price for all divisions except T-Ball will be $85 dollars.
If you go to the website www.eteamz.com/nvfastpitch to the handouts section and download the registration form, you can fill it out and scan it and *email it back to nvfastpitch@hotmail.com or fax it to 206-203-0395 Filled out registration forms can also be mailed in with payment.
Remember there is also a multi player family discount available for immediate family members that are registering.
If you wait to get your registration in until Feb 27rd at O'Brien you will are not guaranteed to be on the same team you were on last year.
We still need lots of sponsors for the teams, forms can also be downloaded from the website. $250 is the amount to sponsor a team and get your name on the shirts.
