This is our BIGGEST fundraiser so lets support our Nutley/Clifton league by getting together and enjoying the night!

 Dear Friends,
In efford to raise funds to support the Nutley/Clifton Youth Ice Hockey Club, we will be hosting a dinner on Saturday, February 6th, 2010 at the Parks and Recreation in Nutley.  For the dinner we will be preparing an 11 x 14 placemat with business card advertisements that will be placed on each table.  If you would like to donate, your business card will be identified on the placemat, large spots for $100.00, small spots for $50.00.  Remember all gifts are tax deductible.  Please help the children that participate in the Club by donating today.  You may send your donation along with your business card to us at the address listed below or call us and we will be glad to pick it up from you.

LETTER TO THE PARENTS  - SAVE THE DATE

DONATION LETTER WITH AD PLACEMENT

MITES ON ICE AT PRUDENTIAL CENTER - NOVEMBER 28th
Thanks to Toni Newton, this year our Mite Team has the opportunity to skate
at  New Jersey Devils game in the Rock.
For some of the new players, a little background info:
Last year our Mites were able to skate at MSG during the NY Rangers game.
 So this year the Mites will skate at the NJ Devils and the Squirts will skate at NY Rangers,
(the date for NY Rangers to be scheduled).

Here is the details for the Mites at NJ Devils game:
* Players and 4 coaches go free
* Players receive game jersey
*$56.00 tickets discounted to $35.00
if we sell 200 tickets the price drops to $32.00
We need to sell a min. of 150 tickets

Game Date: Sat. Nov 28th 1:00PM  (Thanksgiving Saturday)
