These operating rules will serve as our rules for operating during our Spring and Fall 2011seasons.

NTGSL Operating Rules (2011)

This form must be signed by both PLAYER and PARENT. This form is kept inside players files and ensures that the proper conduct is maintained by both players and parents of our NTGSL family.

NTGSL Player Parent Code

These are the rules and regulations for all star tournaments and championship play.

2011 Yellow Book

This form is REQUIRED from all individuals applying to be either a manager or coach for NTGSL. Please be advised that an ASA background screening, along with a photocopy of a driver's license, will also be required. (Please download the ASA Background Screening Form below)

Manager and Coach Application

This form is REQUIRED from all individuals applying to become a board member for NTGSL. Please be advised that an ASA background screening, along with a photocopy of a driver's license, will also be required. (Please download the ASA Background Screening Form below)

Board Member Application

THIS FORM IS NEW FOR 2012!

All board members, managers, coaches, team parents and any other volunteers (who will have ANY contact with our NTGSL players) must complete the attached form ANNUALLY.
The cost is $17 (payable to NTGSL) and a copy of your driver's license is required.
