North Star Volleyball Club: Tryouts

Things to do before tryouts:
A.) Register online w/ North Star Volleyball club
- go to the homepage and click on the tryout "button" for the correct age level
B.) If you are a returning club player, login at badgervolleyball.org, and purchase $10 tryout membership
C.) If you are a new club player, you need to register w/ USAV(Badger Volleyball) and get the $10 tryout membership
- go to badgervolleyball.org, click on 2012-2013 REGISTRATION, and sign up as a NEW member

Forms to bring to tryouts:
1.) Print & fill-out Medical Release form
2.) Print & fill-out Concussion form
3.) Print your Badger member card
