| Get your NSA team registration ONLINE.
ALL LEAGUE AND TOURNAMENT TEAMS MUST HAVE THIS COMPLETE BEFORE PLAY BEGINS!!!
Go to NSA's National Website:http://www.playnsa.com Pick "On-Line Registration", then "Sanctions and Registrations". Fill in your information. Then select Director your team is registering with.CHOOSE: MISSOURI TEAMS OUT OF METRO ST LOUIS MUST SELECT:MISSOURI - STATE GIRLS FP DIRECTOR. . Submit Form. Select Password-Keep track of this password.
NOTE: you will be instructed where to MAIL the check for the Sanction/Registration fee. Once payment is received, the State Office will approve your registration and you will receive your registration number via E-mail.
Once you have received your registration number. TOURNAMENT TEAMS MUST ENTER THEIR ROSTERS ONLINE. League only teams do not have to do this. ( After submitting your roster you can add players if the roster has less then 20 players listed. Any other changes must be approved by the State or Metro directors.)(NO MORE SANCTION CARDS. THE SANCTION NUMBER ON YOUR ROSTER SHOW PROOF THAT YOU ARE REGISTERED.)

| On 29th February 2012 at 7:00 PM Thursday evening their will be a meeting at OCAC building at East Wabash, O'Fallon, MO for tournament and league Directors. All Directors for 2012 MUST attend this meeting. If you can't make this you MUST send a representative. NSA ENTRY FEE REFUND POLICY DUE TO WEATHER |

| No Games Played - Tournament cancelled due to weather - 75% to 100% of the entry fee will be refunded.
Zone or NSA National Office must approve refund if less than 75%.
(1. Game Played - Tournament cancelled after 1 game due to weather - 50%)
(2. Game Played - Tournament Cancelled after 2 games due to weather - No refund is due. two (2) games played or a combo of a forfeit and a game played - No refund is due)
A game is considered a full game if 4 1/2 or 5 innings have been completed. 4 1/2 inning if the home team is leading or 5 complete innings if the visitor or home team is leading. If there ia a tie after 5 innings and the game,tournament is cancelled due to weather, it will be considered a tie in the standing with no refund due.
