NRFPA Fastpitch Mission

New Richmond Fastpictch Association promotes participation of individual growth, teamwork and stresses the importance of good sportsmanship.  We strive to promote the highest level of competitive fastpitch play, while attracting highly skilled players who have the desire, determination, dedication and discipline necessary to improve their skills. The program goals include;  
  • A fun environment for learning the game, developing skills and results in a positive experience for each child
  • Promote the principles of teamwork and importance of good sportsmanship
  • To provide the most competitive opportunities and field the best possible teams within an enjoyable environment
  • Field the best players for teams at a competitive level

Registration



Stop in to registration:

  • Wednesday, January 25 @ 5:00 to 8:00 pm 
  • Saturday, January 28 @ 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
  • Location: New Richmond Community Commons (Old Middle School)

Fees
·         U8 - $50.00 includes a t-shirt and visor (no volunteer check is required)
·         U10 – U16 - $175.00 includes new uniform
{+ $100 Volunteer Hour Program fee} All fees must be paid in full, including the volunteer check before the player will be allowed to practice.   

Levels U10 – U16 will have NEW uniforms and is yours to keep.  If a replacement is needed in following years, you will have to purchase another uniform at actual cost of $50.00.  We hope to have 12 girls per team, but that will depend on registration.

There will be no refunds after March 11, 2012 unless there is a medical issue. 

 



Open Gym

The NRFPA will be hosting open gyms at no cost over the next 4 months to give girls time to improve on their Fastpitch skills or have a chance to tryout Fastpitch for the first time and see how much fun it is. 

 Bring your own glove, bat, and helmet.

Times:
  • U8 (Age 6 to 8) 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
  • U10 & U12 (Age 9 to 12) 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
  • U14 & U16 (Age 13 to 16) 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm

 Pithcing and Catching

  • All level interested pithcers and catchers 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
    • Pitching coaches will be on site
