Registrations will now only be accepted by mail. Please download the form and instructions below and include paperwork, fees ($20 late fee in effect from June 13 on) and mail as indicated.  Placement on a team is not guaranteed.  If no positions are available refunds will be given.  All first time registrant's must provide a copy of their birth certificate.

Uniforms will be available at the final uniform sale on Wednesday August 19. See Home Page for details. It is best to have you child with you for sizing purposes. A full Uniform is $30 (Reversible Jersey, Shorts and Socks) and each item is available separately.
