HEAD COACH - MICHAEL COLLINS
Collins has over 25 years racing & coaching experience in swimming, cycling & running. His specialty is technique and eficiency improvement, as well as race specific training. For a detailed bio and his coaching history click HERE.

ASSISTANT COACH & STRENGTH & FITNESS COACH - RJ MYER
In addition to being one of the Nova Masters Assistant Coaches, RJ is a strength trainter and owner of RJPTC. He has outstanding knowledge and understanding of personal fitness and strength training. ASSISTANT COACH - RAY GREENE

ASSISTANT COACH - JULIE SWAIL ERTEL
Julie is a "super" athlete as well as motivational coach. She was the team captain of the US Water Polo team for the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, and also competed for the USA in the 2008 Olympics in Bejing in Triathlon! For a detailed bio and coaching experience click HERE.
