Attention Managers and Parents

Due to the weather on Saturday March 28th,2015 we were unable to have a succesful field clean up day. Attached is a list of tasks assigned to every team. Please try your best to have your team complete these task before the start of the season. Thanking you in advance for all your hard work and dedication.

Please Download and complete the attached VOLUNTEER APPLICATION and return it to a NELL Board Memeber ASAP along with a copy of your drivers license. Remember if your working with the children in anyway you need to have a Volunteer Form completed.

2015 Registration Fees

1 player = $60.00 Registration Fee + $50.00 Fundraiser = Total $110.00

2 player = $115.00 ($60/$55) Registration Fee + $100.00 Fundraiser = Total $215.00

3 player = $165.00 ($60/$55/$50) Registration Fee + $100.00 Fundraiser = Total $265.00

Sunshine Division Each Player = $40.00 Registration Fee + $50.00 Fundraiser = Total $90.00

The Raffle Tickets are paid for at REGISTRATION!! Fill them out yourselves OR sell them to help offset your costs.

Information Needed at Sign-Ups

- EVERYONE is required to bring 3 proofs of current address

- Players NEW to NELL are required to bring a copy of their birth certificate.

Returning Players - Will be Assessed an additional $25.00/player for LATE REGISTRATION and may be put on a waiting list for a team!!!
