Xpress Speed & Football Clinics
| Our Speed Clinics are designed to develop speed, agility, and quickness along with developing the athlete's skills in football. Each workout will consist of both speed and football training. The speed portion will incorporate a variety of drills designed to improve straight ahead speed, change of direction, and first step explosion. The football portion will focus on basic techniques and fundamental skills for each position (QB, DB, RB, etc.) along with football specific conditioning. These clinics are ideal for athletes of all abilities that are looking to take their game to the next level. |
