Many of the Warriors players traveled to Japan in November to play in the Japan Invitational 2007. Japan Invitational 2007 is a privately organized international youth baseball exchanged program between the cities of Kent and Auburn, Washington with their sister city Tamba, Japan. It is designed to provide participants on both sides of the Pacific Ocean with an opportunity to learn more about each others cultures through a common interest, Baseball. Through the tournament, the players from America will form solid friendship with their counterparts in Japan. The players will gain a very good understanding of Japan and her culture. It will be unlike any other trip, vacation or tournament they have ever experienced. |
