Northwest Knights Quick Information Sheet
1. First Practice, 6:00pm on 11/17/2009 @ Team Nevada Facility
2. Regular practices Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 6:00pm to 8:00pm (kids under 7 only practice one hour)
3. No practices on Holidays
4. Headgear and wrestling shoes will be required by the third practice.
5. Long hair will require a hair net to be worn in practice and competitions. (See the coach for more information)
6. All Coaches and athletes must wash their hands prior to practice.
7. Do not wear the same workout gear twice in a row without washing it.
8. Spray headgear and shoes with Lysol on a regular basis.
9. Keep fingernails neatly trimmed.
10. Shower immediately after practice.
11. If child is 8 years old or younger a parent or guardian must be present during workouts.
12. If your child is coughing, congested, runny nose or feeling ill do not bring them to practice.
13. No sunflower seeds inside the training facility.
There will be a mandatory Parents meeting at the start of the
first practice on November 17th. Please be there at 6pm.

Andrew also became an All-American and is ranked in the USA Future Olympians
Congratulations to Terry Mason, Andrew Berreyesa, Cy Giovenetti and Frankie Giovenetti for placing at Regionals. Andrew also placed at Nationals.
