Northview Wrestling Club: NWC Forms

REGISTRATION AND MEDICAL FORMS

Registration fee provides each participant with team t-shirt, shorts and sweatshirt, use of team singlet, End-of-Season Banquet (for wrestler) and trophy. The Northview Wrestling Club's "Closet" is available to registered Titan wrestlers to shop for free, used shoes and headgear. Remember to donate your used gear to the Closet so we can keep giving.

JUNIOR TITAN BOLTS

Annually Junior Titan families may purchase a Titan bolt displaying their wrestler’s name which will be hung for the season in the wrestling building along with his/her teammates. At the end of the season the bolt will be awarded to the wrestler and can continued to be enjoyed as a car magnet. Download and bring this form to registration as deadline for ordering these bolts are October 29th.
