Saturday, May 25
It was cool breezy night at the Walsh Park on Friday night with plenty of games to watch. In Major Baseball, In the night cap the Tigers need an extra inning to beat the Reds 2-1. In the first game the braves downed the A's 14-4. In Major Softball, the Fillies traveled to Trimble County and picked a 13-5 win over the Crush. In Minor Baseball, the Angels defeated the Dodgers 12-4 and in the second game the Orioles battled the Pirates to 4-3 win. In Rookie baseball, the Rays took care of the Phillies 17-12 and Cubs defeated the Redsoxs 12-9. In Rookie Softball, the Fire held off a late rally by the Knockouts to win 11-10. visit the game links below for game summaries
Friday, May 24
After Wednesday night washout, on Thursday night at Walsh Park we had a full slate of games, with a couple of games that went extra innings despite a small down pour. In Minor baseball. the Pirates and Dodgers finished their game from Wednesday night as the Pirates won 11-7. The D-backs scored five runs to beat the Cardinals 11-10 as Ken Slechter had two run game winning single for the D-Backs. In Minor Softball, the Lady Sluggers, Lexi Hirtzel had game winning hit in the seventh inning as they beat the Bombers 9-8. In Rookie Baseball, The Brett Ramsey had game winning hit in the bottom of the sixth inning as the Mets beat the Royals 9-8. In Senior baseball, the Braves defeated Trimble County 3-2.

With no games at Walsh Park on Tuesday Night because of school graduations. the only game played was in Minor Softball as the Slammers traveled up the road to Trimble County and defeated the Dirt Diva's 15-8.
