General Program Information
First practice will be in late March dependent upon field conditions. All league games will be on Saturday morning beginning in early April and ending in early June. Typically the U-15 teams play at 8:30 am, U-13 at 9:40, U-11 at 10:50 and U-9 at 12:30. We epxect that our home field will be Wilson Park for both practice and games this year. Practice times for each team will be announced by the coaches in March (typically twice per week). RILAX does not keep standings nor are there championships at the end of the season. The focus is on fundamentals, learning the game and having fun.
The two major changes for the 2009 season are:
1) The change to a grade based program (all of RILAX), rather than an aged based program.
2) The potential to offer a competitive youth program, depending on registration counts, that will play on Saturday. More information will be available as registration moves forward.
Also, if you are interested in coaching, please contact the individuals listed below.

Welcome to North Kingstown Lacrosse where we strive to master The Game through Fundamentals – Teamwork – Sportsmanship – Respect of The Game.
North Kingstown Lacrosse focuses on the fundamentals of the game – each player individually mastering the stick and the art of good defense. North Kingstown lacrosse players understand the importance of teamwork – everyone is important to the team and the team is important to everyone. North Kingstown lacrosse players, coaches, parents and fans practice good sportsmanship at all times and to all participants – it is the right thing to do and it helps everyone to enjoy The Game.
Most importantly, North Kingstown Lacrosse players respect The Game. No matter the outcome – win or lose - good play or bad – we all should be able to step back, appreciate what we saw, learn from it and be thankful we had the opportunity.
In the end it is all about The Game.
