North Clark Little League: Registration
2010 Registration Details:
Online registration will open up by December 15th. You still need to attend one of the registration dates with the required documentation* and your fee(s)**.
You MUST provide 3 proofs of residency. Please review the list of acceptable documents CAREFULLY and plan ahead. We’ll be taking a copy to maintain in our records.
We maintained copies of your child(ren)’s birth certificates. PLEASE NOTE: You must still provide the ORIGINAL State certified birth certificate if your child is selected to play All Stars in June.
If you’d prefer to register offline, please complete the registration/medical release form (found in the Handouts).
Fees remain $85 per player and can be paid in cash, check (payable to North Clark Little League), or PayPal.*
Uniform samples will be available at registration so we’ll be able to order the correct size for each player.
The good news: We’ve combined the registration, medical release, and code of conduct forms into a one-page, two-side form. We hope to cut down on the amount of paper used and streamline the process.
Registration dates: Saturdays, January 9th and 16th from 9:00 – 12:00 and 1:00 – 3:00
Thursday, January 21st from 3:30 – 8:00
*We cannot finalize your registration until we have your 3 proofs of residency, a copy of a State certified birth certificate, registration/medical release signed by a parent or legal guardian, and uniform size.
**Financial Aid available to those who qualify.
