NM loses regional tune-up game
At North Muskegon in a tune-up game for regionals, four Norse pitchers allowed just three hits, but poor defense (five errors), six walks and three hit batters led to the loss. All 17 players got into the lineup for NM, which had six singles and left 10 runners on base, including bases loaded in the sixth inning. Robin Wiggins (6-6) took the loss. The win gave the Lakers a sweep of the season series and an overall record of 10-4 against the Norse.
