NM races to 15-5 win
At Montague, NM split the final conference doubleheader of the season by scoring three runs in the first, five in the third, one in the fourth and six in the fifth. Drake Cooke led the way with three singles, three RBI and three runs. Erik Boczkaja had a single, a double, two RBI and two runs, Jake Frein had a single and a double, and Simon VanBergen added two singles and two runs. Ptrick Rapson had two RBI and two runs while Ryan Hillman scored twice. Robin Wiggins (5-5, 2-4) picked up the win in relief. The loss in the opener ended a six-game win streak against Montague; however, the Norse are still 11-2 in the past 13 games.
