***Nazareth 2011 NORCO Legion Championship***

      Nazareth defeated Bath in a best of 3 playoff series to win the NORCO Legion Championship at Nazareth's home field, Tuesday, July 12th. It was their third straight NORCO Legion title, and, the first for their new manager, Jason Brown. Nazareth scored two runs in the third inning, which proved to be enough to triumph over Bath for the Championship. It was a well played game, which was defined by great defensive play for both sides.

          Northampton County Legion is the first Legion Baseball League in the country, which is requiring all Managers to successfully complete the criminal background check and child abuse background checks in order to coach in the league. We hope to set precedence for all Legion Baseball to soon follow.
