2010 ASAP Planning
To all the District 2 League Safety Officers: Now that the 2009 season has come to a close, it is never too early to prepare for the upcoming 2010 season. All returning and newly appointed Safety Officers should start compiling and preparing data for their 2010 ASAP Plans. As a District we have been successful in continuing our charter in being 100% compliant with the ASAP Approval Rate. With this in mind the concept for 2009 will not change. All Leagues are required to have their ASAP Plan submitted by March 1st and approved by April 1st. If this criteria is not met the league will not be eligible to host a district tournament. There is an incentive plan for the District 2 Leagues that have their 2010 Plan "submitted and approved 1st” by Williamsport. The league that has their ASAP plan submitted and approved 1st in District 2 will have its $275.00 District Fee waved. It is never too early to get started and make every effort continue the success that District 2 has obtained. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
