To all the District 2 League Safety Officers:

Now that the 2009 season has come to a close, it is never too early to prepare for the upcoming 2010 season. All returning and newly appointed Safety Officers should start compiling and preparing data for their 2010 ASAP Plans.

As a District we have been successful in continuing our charter in being 100% compliant with the ASAP Approval Rate. With this in mind the concept for 2009 will not change.

All Leagues are required to have their ASAP Plan submitted by March 1^st and approved by April 1^st. If this criteria is not met the league will not be eligible to host a district tournament.

There is an incentive plan for the District 2 Leagues that have their 2010 Plan "submitted and approved 1st” by Williamsport. The league that has their ASAP plan submitted and approved 1st in District 2 will have its $275.00 District Fee waved.

It is never too early to get started and make every effort continue the success that District 2 has obtained.
