NJC Elite & USG Training have Successful 10 Week Boot Camp!!!

NJC Elite and Universal Sports Group (USG) combined forces to run Max Performance & Fit Kids Boot Camp for players throughout the State of NJ. Fit Kids Boot Camp ran for 8 Weeks for players in 4th through 7th grade. Max Performance Boot Camp ran for 10 Weeks for players in 8th through 12th grade. 

 Both Bootcamps combined rigours training exercises led by Trainer Kevin Ruff to enhance players strength, condition, explosiveness and speed. After training, Coach Brandon put players through many basketball drills to enhance fundamentals of shooting, ball handling, defense, passing and overall basketball IQ.

3 NJC Elite Players Round out NJ Top 100 Junior List!!!!

The NJC Elite 17u placed 4th in the 2011 NJ State Tournament in May and represented the State at the AAU Nationals in Orlando, Fl in July . 3 Sophmores worked really hard during the summer and have put the program, as well as, themselves on the State and National radar. 6'6 Denzel Christian is a starting Forward on the Group 3 State Champions (Plainfield HS). Denzel is ranked #54 Junior in NJ and will generate D1 interest this year.

6'3 Hamilton Capallen is a starting Shooting Guard at Group 1 power Bound Brook. Bound Brook HS is coming off of a 24 and 4 year and looks to be in the running for the Group 1 State Championship. Hamilton is ranked #63 Junior in NJ and will generate D1 & D2 interest this year.

5'10 JD Rodriguez is a starting Point Guard at Parochial power Cardinal McCarrick HS in South Amboy. JD is a crafty ball-handler and a PG who can distribute and score.  JD is looking to generate some D1 & D2 interest this year.

Other NJC Elite players to keep a eye out for who are seniors this year is 6'2 Larry Smith Jr. at Matawan HS.The athletic SR guard looks to be one of the top scorers in the Shore Conference. 6'4 Marvin Crawford Jr. is the "MR. Everything" for JP Stevens HS. Marvin is the most important player to his team in Middlesex county.

3 NJC Elite Players make top 5 underclassman list on NJHOOPS.COM

NJC Elite 17u started 3 Sophmores during the State tournament in the Junior/17u Division. All 3 Sophmores Made top 5 Underclassman List on NJHoops.com NJC Elite Young Core led them to the Number 4 ranking in the tournament and qualified the NJC Elite for their 3rd Straight appearance to AAU Nationals in Orlando, FL - July 26 to Aug. 1 This is Tied for the highest seeding in NJ Cardinals History.
