We are EXTREMELY PROUD of all of our 2009 accomplishments. As we are already putting our strategies in motion.....WE ARE VERY EXCITED ABOUT THE FUTURE OF THE BATTLE FOOTBALL ORGANIZATION. In our quest to become one of the elite football powers....we have taken the blueprint of this past season, corrected some mistakes, maximized experience, placed leaders in position, removed "CANCERS", embraced potential, resurrected PRIDE-HEART-COMMIMENT and designed an overwhelming "game plan".....to BECOME A NOTICIABLE FORCE IN 2010!! In additition to making "THE BATTLE" one of the premier football organizations in the Northeast Region.....we have re-dedicated our vision to helping young men develop their skills through organized football competition, while providing opportunities for men over the age of 18 yrs to compete, display their skills, live their dream, have an opportunity to go to the "next level" (Colligate, Arena, Professional), building leadership, being a part of a team/family atmosphere and be apart of something POSITIVE AND SPECIAL. The Battle organization has furthered it commitment to be a part of community empowerment by becoming a 501C non-profit organization. We have also picked up our program operations by having our 1st annual 2010 high school development player draft. It is through this draft we will draft 4 players high school players that may not have been
as fortunate to get an colligate scholarship or have the finances to pay for college or grades was a concern that prevented them from getting into a college/university with a football program. We will take draft these players and provide them an opportunity to continue developing their football skills in organized football competition. We will also provide mentorship training, community service encouragement, education guidance, skills training, season performance tracking and football performance references to any college/university interested in any particular colligate eligible football player. Along with developing our young players we will have a team of dedicated & experienced players that will bring a new COMMITMENT & PRIDE TO .....WHAT IT MEANS ........TO BE A PART OF THE BATTLE!!!!BATTLE CHAT

We like to say thank you to "1dovertonpwm" for his true review of the 2009 NJ Battle Football team. His review is as follows:
NEW JERSEY BATTLE--FINISHED THE SEASON 6-4 THIS TEAM IS VERY GOOD THEY BEAT WHO THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY ALSO GAVE THE RAFL CHAMPIONS THEIR ONLY REGULAR SEASON LOSS. THIS TEAM TO BECOME ELITE MUST FIGURE OUT AWAY TO GET OVER THE LIONS HUMP THEY WERE MAN HANDLED BOTH GAMES. THEY WIN THOSE THEY ARE 8-2. THEY AVERAGED 23PTS A GAME BUT GAVE UP 19 A GAME. WHERE IS THE "D". BETTER QB PLAY WILL HELP THIS TEAM TREMEDOUSLY CAUSE THEY HAVE PLAYMAKERS EVERYWHERE ELSE ON OFFENSE. THEY NEED AN ENFORCERON "D" TO ENSTILL AND ATTITUDE. GRADE C+
He basically "hit the nail on the head". We will make the adjustments and build upon our "Battle Blueprint".

We had the honor to be special invited guest at All Jersey's Radio's Whos Who of Jersey Affair at Club 501 in Montclair, NJ. Owner/Director Wayne Holland was interviewed by AJR's reporter Phillip West while some of the Battle Players partied on both floors of the club. Thanks to Mercel "Xcel" Stephens and Michael "Degree" Hobbs of AJR & 900 Mile Entertainment.
