 Coach Adamo is offering a middle school weekly indoor practice starting January 6, 2010 at Iroq Middle School from 7:30-9p.

Girls grades 2-8 Union College Winter program announced - See Registration for details.  SPACE IS LIMITED to 35 girls per grade grouping (2-4, 5-6, 7-8).

The boys 3/4 and 5/6 WINTER program is finalized ... REGISTER NOW   Program starts in January and runs thru March, 8 weeks; 1x weekly @ Union College FieldHouse.
