Coaches and Team Parents - Please make a note of the following game-day Field and Concession duties for each level
These simple tasks take approximately ten minutes after each game and will go a long way in helping the conditions of both the fields and the park. Thank you very much for helping out.

- FIELD DUTIES -

K-BALL and PreK-Ball:
1. Show up on time. Help coach as needed.

ROOKIE BALL, SINGLE A and DOUBLE A:
HOME TEAM RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Staff the concession stand with one parent
2. Prior to or immediately after the game, add infield mix (from bin) to batter's box and base areas and spread level (rake it out)
3. Line the field prior to the start of the game (use the chalk and lining machine to put a foul line mark down the first and third base lines)
VISITING TEAM RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Empty and reline the trash cans adjacent to the field after the game
2. help rake infield dirt and repair pitcher's mound after the game

TRIPLE A:
HOME TEAM RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Staff the concession stand with one parent
2. Prior to, or immediately after the game, add infield mix (from bin) to batter's box and base areas and spread level (rake it out)
3. Line the field prior to the start of the game (use the chalk and lining machine to put a foul line mark down the first and third base lines)

MAJORS:
HOME TEAM RESPONSIBILITES:

VISITING TEAM RESPONSIBILITES:

2. Empty and reline the trash cans adjacent to the field and in front of concession stand after the game
3. help rake infield dirt and repair pitcher's mound after the game
4. cover pitcher's mound and home plate area with tarp

- CONCESSION STAND DUTIES -

Someone from each team (parent) needs to be in charge of making sure each team is fulfilling their concession responsibilities. A Team Concession Coordinator (TCC) perhaps. Some teams like to split the shifts up. Your TCC can decide what will work best for your team's parents. The NBL rules state that a game is not to begin until the concession stand is staffed. Please make sure your TCC is aware of the following rules as they apply to your team.

For the Lower Fields (Fields #1 - #4) there should be one person from the Home Team in the concession. This person(s) should be there at least 15 minutes before the game starts and stay 15 minutes after the game is over to help with the rush. Whoever is on the last shift for the night should help in cleaning up and closing the concession, this should be for about 15 minutes after the game.

For the Upper Fields (Majors and Babe Ruth) there should be one person from Each Team in the concession. (As long as the games being played are both NBL teams). This person should be there at least 15 minutes before the game starts and stay 15 minutes after the game is over to help with the rush. The night games for Babe Ruth tend to go later then the Major/AAA* games, so if the Major/AAA concession workers could help stock and/or clean up in any way they can before they leave for the night it will make it easier on the Babe Ruth workers.

*Note: If a AAA game is played at the majors field the same procedures apply – One person from each team needs to staff the concession stand.

For the GE fields there is no concession!!
