Fees for the 2008-2009 are listed below.

Player registration for the Fall 2008 Season (F08) will begin in mid-June and run through the end of July (cut off is July 27 before late fee is added).

Player registration for the Spring 2009 Season (S09) will begin in August 2008 and run through the end of February 2009 (cut off date is March 1).  

A photcopy of the birth certificate is required for registration if you have not provided one in previous seasons.  Mothers date of birth is also required for Iowa Soccer Association registration.

U14-U19:	$75.00
After July 27 a $15.00 late fee is added.

You may register by using the forms provided below. Information regarding cut-off dates are incorporated into the forms. All registration forms must include player name, address, phone, date of birth and a signature from a parent or guardian. If at all possible, please include an email address in order that we can keep our costs down related to postage and so that we may communicate with you easily. Incomplete forms will not be processed until such time that all information is present. Forms will not be considered complete and ready to process until payment is received.
