2009 Playoff Teams Positioning

The 2009 Playoff Brackets are set and we are happy to report this year was no exception to teams knocking other teams out of the 2009 Playoffs. The formula as presented at the spring Managers meeting was followed and the first criteria in the National Division is to only count the inter division games. As we stated at the spring Managers meeting, having an American Division team taking a National Division team to task will not affect the record of the National Division team. However, these games DO affect the American Division teams' record, as there were games where the National Division team prevailed.

Removing these games from the National Division obviously creates new team placement and Win/Loss record is now the first criteria. Next, and in cases where we had teams with equal records, solid DEFENSE is always rewarded via RUNS ALLOWED, then OFFENSE via RUNS FOR and finally, HEAD TO HEAD is the last consideration.

Here is a team by team recap!

#1 GC Vipers gave up fewest runs allowed in NL
#16 JB Black gave fewest runs allowed of 11 win teams
#8 LV Black gave up one less run then Wauconda Red
#9 Wauconda Red gave up one more run then LV Black
#5 LV Gray Tied LV Royal record but gave up less runs
#12 Wauconda Royal secured 12th due to one less loss then Antioch Kings
#4 LV Navy gave up 2 more runs then Antioch Wolverines
#13 Antioch Kings record had one more loss then Wauconda Royal and Wonder Lake Red
#6 LV Royal gave up more runs then LV Gray
#11 Wonder Lake Red gave up fewest runs of the 14-10 group of teams
#3 Antioch Wolverines gave up 2 fewer runs then LV Navy
#14 LV White gave up fewer runs then Grant Black
#7 LV Maroon in on W/L record
#10 Richmond Black in on W/L record
#2 GC Ratlers gave up more runs then #1 GC Vipers
#15 Grant Black gave up more runs then #14 LV White

Baseball and your community

May 19, 2009 Baseball and your community; Recently, it was brought to our attention from one of our coaches and then confirmed in the Chicago Tribune, and the various regional and local papers, of a very unfortunate incident involving two adults at a baseball game, between teams from the Fox Lake / Grant and Antioch communities. Once you get past the shock of the incident, and that it happened here in our area and in one of our baseball communities, one has to wonder why?

We just completed an excellent and fun day of All Star games the previous day in Genoa City, where players from EVERY Nippersink team came together, formed six special teams that were named in honor of our US military soldiers, as we continued our annual tradition that is rich in sportsmanship and community spirit.

In addition, opposing Managers and Coaches met in the dugouts and worked with each other to help these 13 and 14 year-old All Stars reach a new level of play, love for the game and respect for the other player. Moreover, this is also a great time for teams that are generally rivals and opponents coming together as one, and creating a GREAT memory -truly an incredible experience that will remain with our players and coaches for a lifetime.

Again, we ask ourselves why? We have two great teams from neighboring communities meeting on a Sunday morning to play America’s past time. The players are giving it their all and looking for leadership and guidance from their Managers, Coaches and Parents in their efforts to take their skills and knowledge of the game to the next level and yet, our Managers, Coaches and Parents come up short in the leadership and guidance aspect of life.

Our players observe a brawl between adults and the players have now been taken from a youth sports game, to an adult altercation. Behavior that is so unbecoming of Managers, Coaches and Parents, that we again ask why?

We then convene a meeting with all parties involved and slowly what emerges is a picture of competition between adults;not youth competition. It was not the players recognized for un-sportsmanship displays and verbal taunting, it was from the Coaches and overall poor game management by the Managers, and Parents, who reinforced the Manager’s and Coaches positions and opinions relative to various plays.

Perhaps the kids did not execute exactly what was required of them, but they did not act with malice or intent towards their opponent. They came to play a game. This recent and unfortunate incident is not a league problem, as our countless positive comments gives us great insights into the spirit of our teams and most importantly, the players.

Thus, after careful review of the game and incident, as presented by the Managers, and Coaches directly involved, and as the Community Director observed the meeting with the coaches, the Nippersink League has disciplined the Managers, Coaches and Parent involved and again reminds everyone of our zero tolerance for this type of behavior.

Our focus is the positive development of the players and to aid them in their journey through America past time for preparation of high school baseball and beyond. We hope that all of our communities will rally behind the kids and complete the remainder of the season in a positive and progressive manner and be the role model our players need us to be 24/7/365.

June Wrap-up
June 15--The magic number is...Teams are on the home stretch and a few teams NEED EVERY REMAINING game in their schedule to be played! 30 is the magic number and if your team has reached this important milestone, enjoy the week of rest and practice before the 2009 Nippersink Pony League Playoff's begin!

June 10--Mark your calendars! The dates are set and will your team be there? National Division Playoffs start Monday, June 22 and the American Division Playoffs start Tuesday, June 23 and the Nipp World Series is Sunday, June 28 at a park near you!  The 2009 Playoffs are single elimination games with finalist from the National and American Division meeting in the World Series.  Playoff schedules to be released no later then Sunday, June 21, 2009.

6/8/09  THE FINAL STRETCH - LAST CALL!!!!

Mgrs/Coaches--Heading into the final stretch of the 09 season before the playoffs, as stated several times in previous e-mails, it's very important to review the website and double - check your current record, all of your game notes, and your remaining schedule for accuracy. We want to ensure that all steps in the review process are taken well in advance of seeding, to make sure that we give you, the players, and the parents, the playoff picture in a swift yet accurate manner.  Good luck and let's finish strong!

June 08--Hey Coach we made it...now what?! The Nipp Front Office has seen so many great teams come in strong and others just made the playoffs after a review of their records and winning the head to head comparison. What should your team do to better prepare every player for the most challenging innings of the season?

First, call a team meeting and celebrate and acknowledge achieving the Playoff accomplishment, as playing 30 games against so many great teams is truly an accomplishment!

Next, stay with the fundamentals and work on these daily. Review your team's signs and base running strategies, as in the playoffs, the games are "crisp" and scoring is generally minimal--so base running is critical. Work on fielding and getting the ball to the cut-off man, as many long balls are hit in the playoffs and getting the ball into the right base can be the difference from advancing..or going home early.

At the plate, batter's need to understand the strike zone and ensure they protect the plate when the count favors the pitcher, as the playoffs bring the best out of every pitcher! If you are a substitute, your role is critical and paying close attention to the game will enable you to step onto the field with the same intensity the defense has been playing all game. Focus is key to all players!

Finally, Managers and Coaches, many of your players are just 90 days away from high school and we thank you for preparing them for this opportunity. Keep your cool, establish the game guidelines with Blue before the game, remind your parents how hard the players have worked this season and lead your team to the next level in a positive and professional manner!

June Charge

June 08--2009 Playoff Brackets We have teams needing to play a few make-up games and wrap up their regular season games and with less then 5 games to go for most teams, having a great finish will alter several playoff spots. In the National Division, we need the Vipers to play 9 games and Lake Villa Orange and Gray, JB Gold and Antioch's Jaguars need to play 6 games, Richmond Black, JB Blue and Wauconda Purple need 7 games, and our Grant teams' need 5 each to wrap up the season. Every team has the chance to be the spoiler, as certain teams are going to be jammed up looking for a way to get a spot!

The American Division has similar postings with our south sider's needing 9 games followed by the GC Cobra's needing 8 games! The A-Kats and Cubs are probably going to be our best rested teams--a great playoff strategy! Big Red from Lake Villa and the LV Green Machine are finishing strong and could move-up a few spots. The D-Backs and GC Panthers have an opportunity to finish strong and hit their way into the top spots--if the weather cooperates! Good luck teams!

May Headlines

May 28, 2009--Get me some help!! The Nipp front office is receiving too many emails from Managers that are getting stressed out about how all of these games are going to get played before June 21 or the Playoffs.

Let's not forget we had the record setting rainiest spring here in Northern Illinois and we STILL do not have 100% sunshine! Thus, we encourage all teams to have one or two parents assist you with scheduling games and this will let you focus on player development and game strategy.

Parents LOVE to help teams, they just have limited venues to participate and remember, almost EVERY parent has been around baseball since the best baseball years-T Ball.

May 28, 2009--Math is everywhere! For you math guys, this is your time of the season! Truly from a "stats" view, we have too many teams chasing to few playoffs spots and we have a few teams that will be filling the "spoiler" role! Which team is yours? Each year the Nipp has to review all of a team's "stats" in case of a jam up for playoff positions and this year will be no different. Good luck teams and pour it on in the home stretch!

May 28, 2009--Calling all Fields! Ash has put out the call for Playoff fields and if your community has field availability, let Ash know right away. We are set with the World Series in Lake Villa, as Ash promised Rick that his favorite Chicago style dog will be on the menu--the price of some guys!

May 28, 2009--The Brackets--We will have the Sweet 16 Playoff brackets for the National Division and in the American Division, the 8 team Playoff bracket and since we have 8 teams this year in the American Division, no bye for our number 1 seed. The last team standing from each Playoff bracket meets in sunny Lake Villa at the Main ball park for the 2009 Nippersink World Series!

May Wrap Up

May 25, 2009--Memorial Day and America's past time..We salute our troops that serve our country today and the troops whom have given the ultimate sacrifice for every American. The freedom that we enjoy today is only possible by the many men and women in uniform and others that did not return when called to duty. Our many freedoms are so admired by other people around the world, the line to enter the USA spans the globe. So while we play America's past time this weekend, take a moment to honor our fallen Vets. Thank you Veterans for serving!

May 25, 2009--We are in the home stretch! And then there were 10 games left in the 2009 Nipp Pony season! We have seen almost everything this season from our teams and we expect the last 10 games and Playoffs will bring a few more surprises!

Since the All Star break, the standings have been changing and so many National Division teams are jammed up near our leaders, the GC Rattlers and Antioch Wolverines. We count 15 teams that are within 1 to 8 games of our leaders and the Nipp front office knows that teams make a charge during the last part of the season, and this year will be no different!

In the American Division, the GC Cobras can not break away and with many of these teams only having played 16 or 17 games, there is plenty of time to climb the leader board! Moreover, to have two teams from the same community leading the American and National Divisions, at this point in the season, is a first in the Nipp league and we wonder which team will take their place?!

Good luck players and with school almost ready to be out for the summer, we hope that you make June the best month of the season!

May 25, 2009--Momentum is building! Teams are starting to gel in the National and American Division as the weather continues to improve. We had the rainiest spring on record and the Nipp league had the most cancellations and reschedules for any season on record. Now that more games are being played, teams are seeing improvements in hitting, fielding and base running.

Several of our teams have played less than 15 games and with sunny and hot weather ahead, the schedule for these teams will require double headers and many games packed into the week. Pitching will be stretched and hitters will find the groove, while fielders will experience less errors and Managers will need to juggle more positions -all signs of a good baseball team. Good luck teams and make the best of the remainder of the season!

May Updates

May 11, 2009—All Stars MIA!! The Nipp Front Office is happy to report the All Star voting process is almost complete. We are being held up by just a few teams and perhaps we missed their entries?

The Hebron Giants, Grant Black, Antioch Jaquars have yet to submit players and Wauconda Navy submitted one All Star.  Again, if we missed ANY of these teams, our sincere apologies and we would appreciate these teams contacting Rick at the gop addy ASAP!

May 10, 2009—Happy Mom's Day! The tradition is to wear or swing something pink today and we hope that players in the Nipp are doing the same as players across MLB.  Remember that special person who has helped you in sooooo many ways and sooo many times and wish your "Mum" a Happy Mothers Day!

May 10, 2009—Last Call!! Tonight every team's All Star voting should be turned in and we are still looking for several teams to email the gop addy with their All Stars!

May Headlines

May 05, 2009--All Star Voting time! Players, this is the week when you must cast your ballot for your team's All Stars! We need 2 All Stars from each team and 1 Alternate in case an All Star is unable to play. All votes must be turned in by the Manager NO LATER THAN 10p SUNDAY NIGHT, MAY 10th, 2009.

Please email in this format to the gop email addy:

Subject ALL STAR BALLOT
Team:
Division:

No. Last Name First Name Positions
        All Star
        All Star
        Alt

Managers, PLEASE ensure the player's name is spelled correctly as all certs are EXACT to your spelling. Thank you and good luck players!

May 07, 2009—Baseball weather ahead! The first part of the season is almost complete and all teams are starting to settle into a groove. Players have a sense of how the team is working together and some players are finding their "zone" at the plate or in the field.

This next part of the season is where certain players "catch-up" to others on the team, and where some players may find themselves going into a hitting or pitching slump. Both cases are normal and to be expected--after all, who hits 500 all the time, or what pitcher has thrown the perfect game? Managers may also find themselves changing line-ups as certain players are improving their bunting or base running skills that will in turn give the team an advantage against certain teams.

April & May Headline

May 05, 2009—And then there was one! Things are heating up in the Nipp League with just one team not having a loss yet this season! In the American Division, we are jammed up at the top with all teams just 2.5 games away from our leader the Genoa City Panthers, who can just not shake off our other teams!

In the National Division, we have so many teams just 6 or 7 games back, the Nipp Front Office knows that by next week our leader, Lake Villa Maroon, will either have some breathing space or they will be sharing the leader board with a few teams! Next, we want to remind all teams to take advantage of this great weather and complete your games as we have some teams having played 5 or 6 games LESS then other teams!

May 02, 2009—And here they come! The American Division teams are starting to jockey for position and Lake Villa's Big Red changed the leader board last night with their win against the Cubs! The A-Kats, Genoa Panthers and White Sox are next up and by Monday; a couple of other changes in the leader board will be posted. The Diamondbacks look ready to move as they had two ties and like the Big Green Machine from Lake Villa, runs for and against are almost even and the GC Cobras have a very stingy defense, in fact, the best of all 37 Nipp teams, so look for the Cobras bats to get swinging!

In the National Division, several dynasties from Lake Villa are still showing why the youth baseball program is so good in Lake Villa. Defense appears to be the focus this year and this strategy always pays off! Our next group from Genoa, Antioch, Wonder Lake, Richmond, Hebron, Johnsburg, Grant and Wauconda are mixing it up and we are not sure who will make a break from the pack! Keep in mind that we are early on in the season and that streaks in the Nipp league happen every year and to almost every team!

May 02, 2009—Another year of Holy Cow! The National Division leader board has changed right along with the American Division and more changes are coming! In 2008, we had five very dominate teams that at this time were undefeated and one of these teams eventually went 30-0 in the 2008 Nipp season, only to go down in the second round of the playoffs. What a differance a year makes! This year, we have just 1 team out of 37 teams that has not posted a loss!

May 02, 2009—Let's play ball!! A quick scan of the standings shows we have teams that have played 7 games and teams that have played less than 4 games. The Nipp Front Office has responded to EVERY email regarding rescheduling and we need our teams to complete their end of the process!

April 30, 2009—Put me in coach! We have run into a couple of teams adding players after the 2009 season started...please review the rules and contact the Nipp Front Office if you are thinking of expanding your roster!

April 30, 2009—We have instant messaging, faxes, email, FEDEX, the Nipp website and TELEPHONE to communicate with everyone, so let's use the TELEPHONE after we have used everything else to notify our players, parents, the Manager of the opponent, Community Director and FVB if we are cancelling a game! In today's weather conditions, the FVB Hotline is key to cancelling UMPS and in cases where the Man in Blue misses a game; PLEASE do not go over board on the FVB Hotline!

Thousands of games are in a state of flux between college, high school and leagues like the Nipp and the FVB office is working overtime to make things work. What should you do? First, have a LOCAL UMP call list to fall back on, 2nd, RECRUIT and RECRUIT more qualified high school or college players to UMP and 3rd, work with the other Manager on an acceptable person from the stands or dugout and maybe, just maybe, call RICK to be your UMP -but know that his eye sight is not what it used to be! BUT PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL THE GAME!!! Especially in this weather. Thank you!

April 30, 2009—We have a new record! This spring is the rainiest on record for the Chicago area and the Nipp Front Office knows the issues this will create later this season. PLEASE try to reschedule your games in the first half of the season, look at other parks, and talk with the Community Director or other Manager if your home field is not available!

April 29, 2009--ALL STAR PLAYER voting by the Nippersink Players will start the week of May 5th and all ballots must be turned into the gop email addy by the Manager, NO LATER than May 10th, 2009. We will be posting the Nipp ALL STAR ballot/email for all Managers to complete by next Monday, May 4th, 2009. Remember, players vote for 2 All Stars and 1 Alternate. Good luck players!

April 27, 2009--Any chance we can..? Keep those questions coming and just a reminder that 4 innings or 4 1/2 innings, does not make a complete game, at least TWO Nipp pitchers EVERY game, Rosters with all players names and jersey numbers should have been completed, the HOME team pays for the Ump and provides 2 balls per game, players MUST slide when a play is at the bag or plate and BOTH Managers need to meet with BLUE before the game and review the RULES! Yes, we know sounds basic and boring, but America's past time would be just that without rules!

April 27, 2009--What a weekend! The emails with results have been "pouring" in and the big winner was Mother Nature! More than 15% of the Nipp schedule has been turned up side down and the only thing flying out of the parks has been the emails between Managers! Remember to keep your cool, report the new dates to the gop email addy and look ahead and keep your end of season schedule as lite as possible--nothing more difficult to watch then a team whose pitchers' used everything up in the home stretch BEFORE the playoffs. Good luck rearranging your schedule and let's hope for some better weather and soon!

Looking for last week? All previous posts' are located in the Nipp News section of the site.

April News!

April 24, 2009--LATE Game News.... What a night at the park! Lake Villa's Big Red rolled into Woodstock and went up against a hot White Sox team at Roskie Field under the lights, Friday night lights that is and perfect Nippersink baseball weather!

Both American Division teams have been looking forward to this match-up and the players were up to the challenge and due to the strong winds, the park was now a hitter's park.

During the first inning, both teams found themselves trying to settle in on defense when Big Red capitalized on a few Sox miscues, and quickly found themselves up 3-2. The game settled into a defensive struggle for 4 solid innings when in the bottom of the 6th, the White Sox batter pulls a high inside pitch to deep left for a triple and with no outs! Things are starting to look up for the Sox and with the coach pushing the edge, Big Red was patient and after a couple of pitches to the next batter, a quick throw to 3rd and the runner is picked off by a great move from Big Red's Ace! Still knowing they were close, the Sox put another runner on and this time, the Sox coach kept him close to the bag, when a RBI single brought him home and tied the game!

The fans are now on the edge of their seats, coaches are pacing and players are at the fence and Big Red’s defense is looking to make a stop. Now with two outs and a runner on 3rd, Big Red knows they just have to get the third out, go into the 7th inning, and break the tie! But the Sox had other ideas and with all of the White Sox players on the fence, a deep hit to the gap goes off the bat and the Sox are now up 4-3!! The next Sox batter fly’s out and Big Red now knows they are the ones' just 3 outs away from a long car ride home.

After several foul balls and great pitching by the White Sox's Ace, he goes through the order and Big Red comes up short on the score. A great game by two excellent teams and a game that could have gone either way! After the game, both teams recognized what they should expect from eachother during the season, and thanks to the host, everyone enjoyed pizza after the game and JUST 26 MORE GAMES TO GO!!!

April 24,2009-- The Nipp Front Office APPRECIATES Managers wrapping up the games that needed to be rescheduled. Please remember to notify your opponent, community, team and work with the Nipp office relative to FVB.

April 24,2009-- The teams in the National division remain close to each other with an abundance of teams from all communities jammed up near the top of the leader board and thanks to the Nipp Front Office, the holidays came early in the form of giving the Managers a 2nd chance at rescheduling games...versus taking the forfeit! We have teams yet to play 2 or 3 games and other teams that must be playing indoors--or have been lucky to play just between storms.

In the American league, the standings reflect the early part of the season and will change when head-to-head competition gets underway! Several of the national teams played thus far by the American league teams were soooo close to pulling the game out! Good luck this weekend to all Nipp teams and watch for some upsets to be posted by Monday morning!

April 23,2009-- The weather has caused several games to be called and as we reschedule, we want to remind every Manager to reschedule these games PRIOR to your last game already scheduled and in teh first half of the season. We need the xtra week in June to accomodate mid or end of season weather issues! Again, PLEASE reschedule any missed games in the first half of the season--not the second half, as we will not approve these rescheduled dates!

April 23,2009-- We are nearing the completion of week 2 and it is too soon to see trends developing, but we do see some teams with some stogy defenses! So far, the games between teams from the American and National divisions have been close and two watched by the Nipp Front Office were decided by defense. We think as the season progresses and the warm weather returns, there will be some break-out teams in each division.

The two divisions are showing balance and every season in the Nipp League, there are always a few surprises and we think this year will be no exception. A quick review of the standings and game results shows some teams dropping games by just one or two runs and going the full 7 innings.

Next, other teams are jumping out early in the game only to see their lead evaporate in the 5th inning {sounds like the Chicago White Sox}  and needing all 7 innings to hang on and the best stat, most team Managers are reporting that players are stepping up and facing the challenge of finishing games and in week two, demonstrating improved sportsmanship skills!  Good luck teams!

April 22, 2009--New web updates will be posted by Friday of this week! Great games are being played and weather conditions look to be improving!

Thursday, April 16
Sportsmanship and YOU!!

The first week of the 2009 Nippersink PONY Season is underway and across Northern Illinois, the sound of balls being hit off of bats, players calling for those high fly balls and coaches giving instructions to players advancing and fans cheering could be heard in many parks.

Something else could also be heard; bats and helmets being thrown in dugouts from players who have lost focus. We want to remind every Manager and Player; poor sportsmanship will not become an epidemic in the Nippersink league.

There is nothing wrong with great competitive juices and giving it your all--but not a display of poor behavior unbecoming of a future high school baseball player. When in need to dispense some frustration due to less then spectacular hitting, fielding or base running, take a moment and look at your uniform. Whom do you represent? Yourself, your team, your baseball organization, your community and finally, the Nippersink PONY League.

Look ahead, we have 30 games plus the Playoffs and World Series, or in other words alot of baseball to go! Good luck players and Managers, we had a great meeting in Genoa City and addressed Sportsmanship and we appreciate everyone's efforts in providing quality leadership and instruction.

2009 Nippersink Baseball League Overview

ATTN PARENTS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS THIS DETERMINES YOUR LEVEL OF ACCESS TO OUR SITES INFORMATION

The 2009 Season is Underway!

April 17, 2009 Update-- >Last night the Nipp front office took in the game between the American Leagues' Woodstock Cubs and the National Leagues' Grant Black in Woodstock, at the new Merryman Fields.

The Grant program is having a resurgence this year and the Woodstock's Cubs are looking to improve upon last year's Playoff appearance. Grant hitters were smart at the plate and being patient, managed to take advantage of Woodstock's ace pitcher.

A well-placed hit to right field by Grant and with some great base running, Grant pushed the base runner home, only to be called out due to missing the plate and not sliding!

Next, Woodstock went up by two runs with a couple of gapers and then as Grant's starting pitcher kept other base runners in check, he went thru the order as starting pitchers do so well. Solid pitching by both teams.

The game continued and Woodstock added a few more runs for insurance behind some solid relief pitching and excellent defense--especially the throws from behind the plate to 3rd base. Knowing Nippersink so well and that games are not over till the last out, Grant made a charge and closed the game to within two runs and in the 7th, with runners in position and the go ahead at the plate, the Cubs relied on a seasoned short stop to make two great defensive stops to end the Grant rally! Great game teams!

>Managers and Coaches, please remember the the NEW PITCHING RULES! Every game in the 2009 Nippersink Season will require at least two pitchers per game! Thank you!

>Great games last night and with the weather almost baseball like, the players appeared to be shaking off the winter doldrums.

>Good coaching by several coaches with positive feedback given to the players and a reminder to all Players--ALWAYS slide when there is a play at the base and helmets on untill you reach the dugout!

April 15, 2009 Update-- The 2009 Season has begun and completed games are in the books!!!! Check out the POSITIVE COMMENTS SECTION containing notes from the Parks!

>SCHEDULES - Reminder to all Mgrs! Please check your schedule posted on the website vs your hard copy you recvd prior to the season for accuracy. Check dates, times, locations, and opponents. Report any corrections ASAP.

Mgrs/Coaches!! Urgent - Need your help completing website team required info.

Mgrs/Coaches

We've recently added two divisions (Am & Natl) for the 09 season to the eteamz website. We also added all 37 teams to the appropriate division. Many teams were moved from our current database that were already in there from previous yrs, to the 09 season to save time. So here’s what needs to happen next...

  1. All mgrs and/or anyone that will be doing website admin for your team needs to be registered on eteamz under the Nippersink league. They need to register on eteamz (as per the instructions on the home page), then send me an e-mail stating their name, and eteamz login so I can add them as a team admin for their respective team.
  2. After that’s done, mgs/coaches can begin adding new players, OR copying players (14 yr olds) that played last yr and are already in the eteamz database from last season to their own team.
  3. We will need names, Jersey #’s, and DOB’s entered....BEFORE they swing a bat.

So those of you that are registered already, let’s roll. Those that are not, it’s time J. Please pass the word to all of those that are not copied!  As for the contact list, we’ve only recvd some partial data from LV, Richmond, and Antioch. If you look on the website under handouts, and view the coaches listing from 2008, that’s all the data we will need from EVERY team well before first pitch as they will be needing to contact each other with game changes, and we will need to contact those that are still missing info. This is very important. Please see where you can assist here as well.

Thanks for your urgent cooperation!
