Dear Parent / Guardian:

First we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for enrolling your child in the North Haven Youth Football program. The board of directors of North Haven Youth Football, Inc. (NHYF) is dedicated to providing both a rewarding and enriching experience for your child. In the fall a program book will be distributed during each home game.  Inside of the program book, parents and family members will have the opportunity to include a personal message to their child. The amount for each personal message will be $ 10.00 (a personal message is a single line entry) for the upcoming season. This is a nice keepsake for your child so please take a moment to give it consideration and thank you for your participation.
