Wednesday, November 11FREE lacrosse skills training clinic for all 5th - 12th grade girls
Please join us for a free lacrosse skills training clinic provided by the NHS LAX team captains.
Available to all girls 5th - 12th grade this is a great opportunity for introduciton to the fastest growing sport. Come learn basic skills and rules for the game and prepare for spring season or tryouts at the high school.
Where: Winchester Elementary GYM - Northville
When: Wednesday December 2nd & 9th, 2009
Time: 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Wear your gym shoes and gym clothes and bring a lacrosse stick if you have one. We will have some equipment to share.

Team Conditioning for the 2010 season
Attention ALL NHS girls 9th - 12th Grade!
Your invited to join us for....
Team conditioning starting November 5, 2009.
Conditioning will be held after school (2:30-3:30) on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will be running around school (outside if the weather permits - so please dress appropriately) and working out in the weight room. Attendance will be taken.
The first conditioning will begin on Thursday, November 5th.

Total Sports Complex in Wixom offers a Winter 1 & 2 session Girls lacrosse instructional league. This is a great way to keep in the game throughout the off season. With beginner and advanced level programs there is something for everyone from 6th grade up.
