Laura Schneider & Kelsey DeRidder request your time at practice at the Hillside Plateau for all girls in the November 8th Novi 7 v 7 tournament. This time will be used to review the 7 v 7 positions. Come on out even if you are not in the tourney, we can use as many players as we can get to get ready!

Your invited to join us for....
Team conditioning starting November 5, 2009.
Conditioning will be held after school (2:30-3:30) on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will be running around school (outside if the weather permits - so please dress appropriately) and working out in the weight room. Attendance will be taken.
The first conditioning will begin on Thursday, November 5th.
Please meet outside the gym.

Total Sports Complex in Wixom offers a Winter 1 & 2 session Girls lacrosse instructional league. This is a great way to keep in the game throughout the off season. With beginner and advanced level programs there is something for everyone from 6th grade up.
Sign up today for the Nov/Dec 2009 session to be followed by a Jan/Feb 2010 session.
