NHFFL

New Hampshire Flag Football League is a NFL Flag Football league. We offer flag football to boys and girls ages 5-15. All age divisions are coed. The mission of the NHFFL is to provide the youth of the Pelham area with an organized, fun, and competitive atmosphere to learn and enjoy the sport.

The league offers a spring and fall season. Spring registration opens Feb and Fall registration opens in July.

Flag Football is a Non-Contact sport and is played 5 on 5. We generally follow NFL Flag Football rules. NHFFL rules can be viewed by clicking on the "Handout" link in the left menu.

All teams make the Playoffs.  At the end of the regular season, Age Divisions will break into an A and B Division. 

* 6-8 Division - Top 5 of each conference A Division - remaining 5 of each conference B Division

* 9-11 Division - Top 4 of each conference A Division - remaining 4 (and 5 in NFC) B Division

* 12-15 Division - Top 3 of each conference A Division - remaining 3 of each conference B Division

Playoff seeding is determined by: 1) Overall Record 2) Head to Head Result 3) Points Against 4) Coin Toss
