Sponsorships

The goal for the 2009-2010 school year is for each player to obtain at least one sponsor for the team.  Several sponsorship packages have been prepared and are outlined in the sponsorship information 2009-2010 document (click here to view the document).  This document can also serve as a useful sales tool as you approach local businesses about sponsorship opportunities.

When you locate a business willing to sponsor the team the player and sponsor must complete the Bulldog Sponsorship Form (click here to view the document) and submit the form to Lori Ford.

Several sponsorship opportunities include either a Home Game Program advertisement or a Roadside Banner.

Season Long Game Sponsorship ($300) – Includes a Business Card size Program Ad

Home Run Sponsorship ($500) – Includes Roadside Banner

Full Page Home Game Program Ad ($175)

Half Page Home Game Program Ad ($105)

Quarter Page Home Game Program Ad ($85)

Business Card Home Game Program Ad ($55)

These packages require the sponsor and player to complete both the Bulldog Sponsorship Form (click here to view the document) and the Program Ad Worksheet (click here to view the document).  This form enables the sponsor to provide a layout of their advertisement or banner to insure that their business is properly represented.  The Dugout Club has no graphic artists on staff so the sponsor must provide the ad design.

Please remember to inform potential sponsors that all donations are tax deductible!

Christmas Tree Sales

The Christmas tree lot will open Friday, November 27th.  All families of returning players are expected to participate in set up, selling, and tear down.  Setup is tentatively scheduled for the weekend of November 21st.  Volunteers will be needed to unload trees and prepare the lot.  Tear down will be scheduled after the last tree is sold.  As in previous years families will be assigned times that they need to be available to support the Christmas Tree lot.  If there is a conflict with your assigned time you will need  to arrange to have another family cover for you.  Please continue to monitor this space on the website for more information.
