USA Wrestling is the governing body for the sport of wrestling. They sanction tournaments, train and certify coaches,  develop training programs, distribute monthly newsletters, and provide the training staff and support for the United States Olympic and competing world wrestling team. 

USA Wrestling also provide it’s registered clubs with secondary health insurance for on the mat injuries.
