New Mexico Little League: Welcome
Currently there are 10 districts covering the State of New Mexico. Each district is comprised of leagues within their respective geographical boundaries. District Administrators are elected by the leagues in their district. The District Administrator is a dedicated volunteer who receives training through Little League International which enables them to provide guidance to all the leagues within their district throughout the year. Officers for the New Mexico State District Administrators Association are elected from the State District Administrators. The New Mexico State District Administrators Association members work together to ensure that all leagues have the ability to operate the best Little League program possible for the youth in their respective communities.
The District Administrators responsibilities also include representing their leagues at meetings of the New Mexico District Administrators, Southwest Region, and Little League International. One of the duties of the New Mexico District Administrators Association is to assign sites for the New Mexico State Little League Baseball and Softball tournaments. Each District Administrator is responsible for the operation of every State Tournament they have been assigned. Prior to the State Tournaments, each district holds their District Tournaments whose champions advance to the State Tournament. This site is provided to assist leagues and provide information to any community wanting to learn more about the Little League program for their community.
