On game-day, each team needs to send a representative to 
the headquarters tent at least 30 minutes prior to the kickoff of its semifinal 
match to check in with the New Jersey Cup.<br />

At check-in you will need to 
bring three copies of your team's official, valid US Club Soccer roster; US Club 
Soccer player and coach passes; US Club Soccer's Player Registration form or 
another medical-release form for each participating player.<br />
<br />
The New 
Jersey Cup provides Game Cards to the referees, and pays all referee fees for
