<font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><strong>The New Jersey Cup, presented by US Club Soccer, is open to US Club Soccer member clubs and teams in New Jersey.</strong></font> <br />
<font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><strong>The format is one-loss elimination.</strong></font><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><strong><br />
All teams participating must hold and present US Club Soccer player passes and a roster at all New Jersey Cup games.<br />
Preliminary-round matches will be played in late March, April and early May at the field of a designated home club as determined by Cup officials. Preliminary-round games may be played during the week or on the weekend. <br />
</strong></font><u><font style="background-color: #ffff99"><font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><strong>The home team in a preliminary-round match at a club field will be responsible for getting referees from a USSF-approved assignor; the two opponents split paying the referees. A three-referee system is requested.</strong></font> <br />
</font></u><strong><font face="Arial">New for 2009: Super Group and Premier Group for U11-12-13-14. The Super Group will be the most-competitive, or top, group offered.</font></strong> 
</p>

<font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><strong>The 2009 New Jersey Cup <u>semifinals and finals for U14, U15, U16 and U17 boys and girls, and U18 boys, will be Saturday, May 9, at Cross Farm Park in Holmdel</u>.</strong></font>

<font face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><strong>The 2009 New Jersey Cup <u>semifinals and finals for&nbsp;U11, U12 and U13 will be Saturday, May 16, at Mercer County Park in West Windsor.</u></strong></font>
