Members of the SUNY Ulster Community College men's basketball team share in an afternnon of fun with the Zion Lion's youth. Kids ages 14-17 were delighted to have an opportunity to play in a scrimmage against these college players. Youth 10-13 eagerly watched as some asked questions. "It was a beautiful thing" stated Coach Butler, to have these young men share both their time and their talent with the youth of our future. For more information on the SENATOR'S, click here.

On August 2nd, our 14U boys embarked on a trip to Orlando, Florida to compete in the division II Nationals. For many of our players, it was their first trip ever to the sunshine state. The team having not played to their potential, faired well. The experience was an eye opener for some. While in Florida, the boys shared a great experience at the Kennedy Space Center. Coach Fields states " I am proud of my players and I look foward to competing again in the future." View Photos. |
